traded my foxbody for a 2000 ss
hey guys. new to the ls1 game. ive been a mustang guy since i was 12 years old and had since i was 17 until now (i'm 25 now). just wanted to try something different. got a 2000 nbm ss m6. pretty clean with tons of great mods. just thought i would say hello and introduce myself.

i have pics of the fox, but no pics of the ss. the fox had a 347 fairly built making 400 hp and 400 tq to the tires. had tremec tko, 31 spline stuff in the rear, etc. wieghed only 2900 lbs.
camaro has a 9 inch rear, tunnel mount torque arm, control arms, relocation brackets, stock bottom end ls1 with arp rod bolts, torquer v2 cam, american racing 1 7/8 long tubes and magnaflow catback to name a few.
definitely totally different than any mustang but should be fun nonetheless.

Dude! I am on here because my gf's 2000 TA. The general put the LS1 on this planet to torture me I'm sure of it... I don't work so well on them. Give me a fox to work on any day over this thing. I'm sure you will enjoy the camaro a lot. Good luck. Let us know when you drive the camaro in how the difference is. Have a good one!

that fox is ******* beautiful. i went from a 90 gt to a 99 z28 a couple years ago. its like day and night. the camaro was better in pretty much every way. good luck with the ss.
