This car has not been hacked up, modded up, or trashed. When I go to the store, it gets parks out in the middle of no where. When I'm at work, it is in the "south 40" parking lot by its self. I don't understand why no one can appreciate or understand how good of shape this car really is in. It has ONE VERY SLIGHT door ding that you can barely see on the pass side. The entire back of the car was blended when it was converted to the 05-06 bumper. It does not rattle. I drive slow over speed bumps, rail road tracks, it doesn't go off of pavement. There are no leaks, and the motor has never been broken into. It had a new slave put in last year, and a new battery the year before that. The front brakes were turned and new pads put on. This was the first time since I've owned it for brakes, if that helps anyone understand how it is driven. I've owned it since it had 46k on it. There are cars on here being sold for more that are NOT anywhere near this great of condition.

EXTRA PARTS: Spec Stage 3 PLUS+ clutch, Spec Billet Steel Flywheel, stock 05-06 exhaust, tinted 04 Tail lights, Factory Shifter, Predator Tuner, IBM Spoiler, Misc parts. Paint is in great condition and interior is as well. Oil Changed regularly. Runs VERY strong and drives great but needs reverse synchro. It pops out of reverse. Rebuild is only $275 plus parts. I love Scoobies and if I didn't owe money on my car I would consider trades. But unless someone wants to trade plus give my about $9k I can't do it. I have to have enough to buy another car.

I'm not in any desparate need to sell the car. I want to sell it as it currently sits. If someone buys it, great. If not, I will continue to drive it. I love the car and as long as I'm driving it, I want it just like it is.

If someone had something that would be a good DD plus enough money to pay off the loan. I would need about $9k to pay off my loan. I need something to drive since this is my only car. So either I need to sell it for $13k and buy something or a good DD plus $9k. I would like to have some left over to put away. The car books at around $12-$13k, but I'm selling it with the wheels and tires ($2,000 new), and everything else listed.

Oh, okay. I think we are on the same page then. I want to get rid of my loan. A Z06 would just make your car payment higher. It would be an awesome DD for you though lol.

Thanks man. I'm not in any hurry to sell it. My plan is to find a DD and pay all my other debt off. Then I will just save up for about 8-10 months and pay cash for another GTO, or C5. GTO would be easier to find for $12k-$15 than a C5 would be.

Goin to see about having reverse fixed. Was told it can be done by removing only the tail shaft on not having the entire trans removed.

It needs to fit truck+$9k=my GTO...

I need someone to either buy my car for what I'm asking, or have something to trade+$9k... Like an older chevy pickup... I have found a few 85-94 half tons for under $3k in good shape...I also found a full size 1990 bronco 4x4 with a 5.0 in very good shape just high miles... I would like to find something with FWD. If it need a few things, no big deal. It's just important that I would be able to drive it right away because my GTO is my DD.

quick question. The exhaust it has on there right now, what is the setup? Is it just cats and straight pipe or what? I couldn't see any mufflers. Good news though... It's 2.5" from the manifold's back. It has an x-pipe about midway, then goes into 30" glasspacks. It's very quite for what it is and flows great. I was actually surprised at how quiet something that was so good flowing could be. I will see about putting a sound clip on here. It has a very cool sound. The x-pipe cleans up the tone alot.

For your sake I hope your car sells, but at the same time I hope mine sells first.. Lol. I've been driving several GTOs since my family has one in every color. I really like them.

Too bad about the deal going through. I've had a few like that with this. Right when I think it's sold, the potential buyer says he can't get financed. It's really irritating.

I do have a great idea of what I want to do to my next GTO though. Owning this one has taught me alot. I'm definitely getting another M6 and I am definitely getting an '05 in either MBM or YJ. I like IBM, but want something a little more rare. I'm also going the FI route which will be easier to obtain owning one that is paid off.
