I like the car it seems clean, and its a close, no hassle deal. Assuming inspection and test drive go well. But I would hate to over pay by thousands.

What does everyone think?

I don't want to screw myself, and after looking around the website it seems I might be for $8k. Then again there are nearly none of these cars in my area.

I need to know ASAP, test drive tomorrow.

Seems high to me a good friend of mine just picked up a 98 M6 Z for WAY less than that and I mean WAY less than that. Personally I would wait it out.

I doubt the dealer would go $5k on it. What's the MOST I should pay for that car?

I don't have cash, someone owes me money and has a connection at that car lot. I don't want impulse and anxiety to get the best of me again, but I would love to have it for summer....
