I go to start my car this morning and the ******* sucurty light pops on and nothing wont start I have had 2 different tuners tell me they delated it out of my ECM.Is there a way to by pass it. It my DD

If the starter won't engage because of the security light all the PCM programming in the world will not help. The VATS has two stages: one that lets the starter engage and one that allows the injectors to fire. PCM programming can only circumvent the fuel enable signal to allow the injectors to operate.

You can do the key pellet resistance bypass or the TDR bypass to allow the starter to engage.

sounds like you need a new ignition key. the vats contact chip on the key
wears down over the years and loses contact with reader in ignition
cylinder . go to GM dealer . for new key

Just do the vats bypass and call it a day. It only cost like 25 cents
