I bought a used Monster Stage 2 with chromoly flywheel kit from someone on here, and it isn't coming with hardware.

I've read that the flywheel bolts and PP bolts on LS1's (2001, to be specific) are NOT TTY and can be re-used, and then I've read they ARE TTY and cannot be re-used. Which is correct?

Also, I've read that torque specs for the flywheel are 3 steps up to ~75ft/lbs and the PP is (I think) ~30ft/lbs. Is this correct even for an aftermarket setup?

Just want to make sure before I start to assemble it.
