Default Question about Comp camshaft guys...

My friend ordered a cam from summit and I was looking at it and it has no threads where it bolts to the cam sprocket... Just 3 empty holes, im guess it needs to be threaded?

Send it back bro, it should have been threaded at the factory.

You could give it to a machine shop to tap for you if your not bothered with returning it.

If we were in a hurry, I would have called Comp and bitched them into giving up a free cam for the hassle.
