Gauging intrest in a car show.
Well I had a few people PM me about when I was going to set up the next LS1 florida car show. Well something is coming together and I think a lot of us will like the place since it is very car based.
Here is a link to the place, if you guys want there are normally bands that play Friday-Sunday night. If we base the show mid evening we can have food, car, and music.... And maybe some cute girls
They also have a full bar, but drink at your own risk. I would like to see when the best weekend would be to set this up and give them enough lee way to them know the amount of people that we are having.

June 5- doubt since people maybe out of town for July 4th
June 12 is open
June 19th is open as well
What day works for you guys?
I am sure you can extend the invite to other car forums if need be, I will try to get a some guys from tampa to come over as well

July 12th, isn't that a Monday? So are the 5th and 19th! Why are you picking Mondays? Cannot attend any days during the week. Why not on a Saturday eve?
Were you thinking and looking at June calander dates and typing July?

have you already spoken with Don about it?(the owner)
most(if not all) the car shows he has there are generally classic cars. It was also $10 a car to have your car in the show.... not trying to be debbie downer but I don't want you to plan something then have everyone show up only to find out you can't do the show. Hopefully things have changed! It's definitely an awesome venue

Not to change the date and location but the 1st Saturday of the month the Winter Garden Village (5pm-9pm) is normally packed with lot's of cars lot's of places for the wifes to go and shop while the guys take cars and shop stuff.
Also if Sanford does not pan out the Manager over at H(O)(O)TERS by the Airport would love to have a monthly car show/cruise in at his location.
Just an idea?

Excellent. I may have another 4th Gen by then, time will tell. If not... I would be bringing a nicely restored early 70's GM Muscle Car. And I have a friend with a beautiful 65' Corvette Roadster. Also a few local guys with clean 07'-08' Shelby GT500's. Would hate to exclude any kind of American Muscle, so long as it's clean & not riced out.
