Default Tranmission and rear end fluids

hey i am new to the GTO scene.....just got a 2004 GTO 6speed completely stock (for now) with 14,000mls on her. I have been doing a lot of reading on other forums and websites trying to find out what the best fluids are to use in the tranny and rear end. I heard good things about Royal Purple Synchromax for the trans, and Torco for the rear end. Getting Royal Purple is no problem but the Torco is hard to come by.....any suggestions on what i should use in the rear end? how do you feel about AmsOil for the trans?? thanks for the help

My opinion is it isn't the brand, it's how well you keep stuff changed.

Torco isn't hard to get you just have to order it. Order it now and you'll have it before the weekend. I actually need to order some more. I'd suggest getting a Harrop rear cover also.
