Manual Transmission - will this work????? anybody done it??

have an 88 IROC with the stock T5....its time to set the tranny out to pasture and my buddy is selling his TR3650 5 spd out of his 02 mustang GT. has anyone done this swap before? will the TR bolt up to the T5 bellhousing? thanks much

Absolutely not. Its completely different.

It will not work. If you are going to do a conversion, just install an LT1 T56, as it will bolt in fairly easily.
