Default converter question

will a yank pt4000 be ok with headers, true duals, intake, ls6 intake, ported tb? or will it be too much? my buddy (could be retarded, havent figured that out yet) said i wouldnt have enough power for even a 3500 stall.

Yep, he's retarded, it'll do great for you. A little towards being harder to drive on the street though.

It will be great for performance. 4000 stall is just about perfect on a stock cube motor.

The 4000 should work out nicely.

Keep the 3.23s. 1.5 second 60fts should be no problem with them and that converter and 1.4s are possible (assuming you can hook of course.) I'm running 3.23s with the somewhat softer hitting SS4000 and it's pulling consistant 1.55-1.56s.

what is the shift extension of the pt4000? isnt it in the upper 4k range? if so wouldnt that be too much for stock cam and valvetrain, in other words is that enough rpm to use at the track only 1000 rpm's or am i missing somthing here?
