What the plan is, is to head to the crater lake lodge to spend the night. The next day leave kinda early to beat the terrorist so we can get some good parking around the rim of the crater and get pics. The deciding factor on this is my dad coming up from SoCal. It will be in the first two weeks of Aug for sure. If we can get 5 or 6 cars to go for the first cruise I would be excited. If its a hit we can do it every year. No matter what I'm going so it would be awesome if some of you can go.

I just tried to make a reservation online, the Crater Lake lodge is booked till Sept. So we will have to stay the night in Klamath Falls and drive to the lake. I think K-Falls is about 50 miles south of the lake.

I just got off the phone with the holiday inn, they said if we have 5 rooms or more it will be $89 a night plus tax instead of $139. So I'm all for staying in K falls.

I'm getting a suite since there will be 5 people staying and its going to cost $99

all the other rooms are going to be $85

Lets get the rooms booked. She is there now if you can make the reservations now, sooner the better. We have untill two weeks before to book the rooms and then they will go back to the general public.
