Default S60 question

What actually fails in the tru trac in drag racing situations. And how much more hp/torque would you expect the detroit locker to hold up to vs a true trac in 6 spd car?

Thanks,

Ryan

the S60 is not known to have any issues with the Truetrac diff like the 9 inch can have. the S60 uses a 9.75" ring gear which allows more material in the diff unit area therefore more strength. a locker will likely hold more power, but the drawbacks from the driveability issues with a M6 car with a locker make the Truetrac or a spool a better choice in most cases.
