My ac is blowing out of the defrost and heater vents in any mode I place it in, it is cold but just will not come out of the vent level...Thanks for the input

You have a vacuum line off or broken.

check your firewall area near the PCM...the vacuum line is in this area

beside the pcm area it travels into the firewall

Right where you said a 3 way check valve is broken on one side.. Thanks
