Default Could it be my vats?

So today, I was driving to work, and my car just died as I was driving. I pulled over and started it back up, then went on my way. I got to the turning lane right in front of my work, and it died again. THIS time, whenever I tried starting it up, it would start, idle at about 100rpm, then die. It did thid over and over about 20 times. I waited a few minutes, then it started right up. I drove into a parking spot, then as soon as I parked it, it died again.

Could this be my vats shutting off the fuel?

Any idea what it COULD be? I'm assuming it's an electrical issue.
