POWERSTEERING making a weird feeling??? In my 99 SS...when I turn slowly, like say you're in a parking lot and turning into a parking spot. As I have the wheel turned I can feel an increased drag in the car and a very faint groan. I checked the fluid and its plenty full. The car has only 29k on it! What do you think, are racks becoming issues in these cars too?
I never have had the P/S fluid changed, I wonder if that could be it?

You really dont need to change the fluid yet seeing how you only have 29k on the car. Is it leaking at all that you can see. I would check your rack and pinion and make sure that nothing is cracked.
