In need of aftermarket 6L80 auto shifter
I am doing a LS3/6L80 conversion into a 67 camaro and the factory auto shifter from a 2010 is way too tall and would require a custom console to look decent. Due to its design and size it can not really be modified. I am looking for an aftermarket auto 6 speed shifter for the 6L80 that is shorter and less bulky.
I know the 09 CTSV has the same trans, but I don't know if the shifter is any smaller. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas?
Worst case I will have to modify the tunnel to drop the shifter down

I'm looking for the same thing for my 6L and I'm thinking any aftermarket shifter for a 4 speed auto overdrive should work because the trans still only has a 1,2,3,4 shift pattern, at least thats what it looked like when I was playing around with it yesterday.

Yeah, I agree. There has got to be some way to use an aftermarket shifter and still be able to utilize the TUTD function. Not sure if my computer will allow that since its actually from an escalade.

I am using the sequential bump shifter. It is a one wire hook up and works with an auto & manual.
I can't claim how well it works because it isn't in the car yet. I will let you guys know
