Default Plug Identification help....

I have been going through my harness and labeling plugs and starting to pull out some of the un needed circuits.... But for the life of me, I can't identify these two plugs? They weren't connected to anything when I got the motor and I can't determine what they are from the various diagrams on LT1Swap.com???

They were both tied together. They are on the branch that has the coolant level and MAF sensor plugs.

This is a 2002 5.3 Truck harness...

One is darkgreen and black. The other is brown and black????

I think they are the A/C pressure switch

Find a diagram and trace them back to their source.

Easy enough.

Shouldnt the A/C switch be a three pin plug?

How about coolant level and oil level sensors. They actually look too close together for that, though.

Ive got some diagrams, and it isn't the coolant level as the wires aren't the right color. I think its related to the AC system, but not connected to the Compressor as I was able to identify two sets of plugs that I pulled from the compressor. Its also not the oil level sensor as I labeled that one when I pulled it off the motor.

These would be off the motor as all of the motor sensors were still connected.

What is a good source for diagrams based on model year? The one manual I have is a generic V8 diagram which didn't show these.

Try and trace them back or use a multimeter to test for continuity to the PCM Connector and see what Pins they are going to, If the brown wire goes to Pin 70 on C1 its Oil Level sensor, If Dark Green goes to Pin 55 on C2 its the A/C Low Pressure Switch.

The Dark green goes to Pin 55 on C2.

The Brown wire doesn't appear to go to either C1 or C2, but it looks like it goes to C100 N Ignition Voltage ????

So your plug with the Dark Green & Black wires is your Low Pressure A/C Switch
and the other plug with the brown black sounds like can be removed, from this post below it is the C100 Pin N goes to "Fused Ignition 3 Feed (Gas) - "Front Axle Actuator Switch"

https://ls1tech.com/forums/conversio...3-voltage.html

Hope that helps...
