Default Fuse box relocation finally got a good start(with pics)

Removed the wiring and fuse box from the engine compartment and painted the engine comp. relocated my fuse box under the frame rail on the drivers side . I'm still in the process of soldering and heat shrinking my harness back together. I'll post pics this weekend of the finished product.

I have been rewiring my engine bay and getting ready to mount my coils on the back fire wall

What do you mean by lines. I had to extend the harness. I am changing my brake lines around too.

Thanks. I hated those fuse boxes there. I think GM could have done better.

You're gonna clean up that valley cover and change the crossover tubes before you bolt the intake back down, right? Looks much nicer without the plate.

Would it have ben easier to run the Fuse boxes inside the car, and tuck them Behind the dash? Just curious as I would like to do this. I have already relocated the pcm inside the car and rerouted the wires on the passangers side, but hate the look of the fuse boxes on the drivers side. And my ATW intercooler will be sitting in the same spot you relocated your boxes to.

It wouldn't have been easier. But it can be done I cut the harness and extended it. You could cut it where I did and reconnect it with the fuse boxes inside. Then extend the wireing for your head lights turn signals. You would have to run your Main power wire from the alt/batt. inside the car though. It may be easier to find another place to mount the inter cooler.
