Default 2000 vette having shiting problems

I have a 2000 vette and am having some problems with the car. Whenever go WOT the car will then begin to shift very hard under normal driving conditions, even chirps the tires. Also will do that when I rev the car up when parked sometimes. Any help is appreciated

Does anyone have any idea why it would do this?

I am confused as to what you arwe asking, AT wot the trans hould shift a little harder than normal..only thing i could think of is that something is slipping and a slip code is being set and the PCM is raising line pressure to compensate

ok sorry, i guess that was a little confusing. I posted that from my phone so it was a little short. Let me try this again. When i get on it (go WOT) the car shifts great, nice and hard. The problem is that after i get on it then when i drive normal (with out going WOT) the car still shifts very hard and chirps the tires. Some times when i rev up the car when it is in park and then begin to drive normal, it will shift very hard and chirp the tires.

have you had any tuning done exspecially with the line pressure settings. if you can scan it look and see if you have any transmission codes (slip) codes this will raise line pressure also.
