Less compression on drivers side ... Why?
We're trying to work a few things out with my build and compression is 214 on the passenger side but 209 on the drivers side cylinders. Can't find any reason for this. LS1/AFR205s/90mm Fast. Whole valuetrain was just redone with Morel lifters/PACsprings /REV valves/Yella Terra's and Tony ported the heads and intake. Any ideas?

heads not quite the exact same CC's on the combustion chamber?
the difference isnt enough that i would usually worry about. but ive usually seen 5 points of variation between cylinders. to say that ALL were 214 on 1 side and ALL were 209 on the other side would lead me to guess that the heads were slightly different and you have one nice tight block!
i still probably would sweat 5 pts difference tho.

I wouldn't worry about it nice compression though that is very nice to see over 200...now strap that thing on the dyno so I can see the ported head results haha...you also changed the cam too right

Yes it has a new cam...not sure about it yet though. Right now we are working out a few issues. Swapping in some shorter pushrods because we think the exhaust valves may not be closing all the way. Also going to open it up and degree the cam...may need to advance it, luckily I have an adjustable timing set.
