Holden Performance - Holden Engine Specs Help

Hi Out There,

I have been offerred a LS1+box+ ECU out of a crash tested 2002 Holden, only damage according to seller is a cracked inlet manifold(have LS6 spare).
Are there any differences to Camaro LS1(99) mounts,ECU, etc?
What are specs on this motor hp/torque etc.
I have Lunatti stroker kit & SLP head & cam kit any problems fitting?
Please help any info

Holden 2002 ls1 would be 225KW @ flywheel (301 hp)
Should be the same apart from camshaft ,PCM Tuning , LS6 manifold std.and different sump.
