Never use Kelly Blue Book. Always use black book, aka NADA.

05 12k Loaded up gives me just under 35k retail with 30k trade in, which is generally what to expect for private party as well.

Provided it is a clear title and no issues. (I have seen cars destroyed with as little as 3,000 miles) then upper 20's right into the low 30's is a possible price range. Many factors involved like ownership?, quick sale needed?, at a dealership?, etc....

I sold my 2006 A6 3LT Z51 last month with heads/cam and 45k on it (a little high for a vette on the mileage) for $26000
