Paging Jsears8. Quality Laser Craft Brushed Aluminum Trim.
I've been trying to contact Quality Laser Craft for those brushed aluminum interior kits (like the ones Jsears8 has) but they're not replying to my emails. I guess they're not doing those anymore.
Anyone know where to get my hands on one of those? or maybe a simlir Brushed Aluminum kit from somewhere else? I would be interested in seeing pics before buying them. If you do have some pics Please post them up.
Also would those heat up when parked under direct sunlight? A buddy of mine has some aluminum power switches for his cobra but they sure get HOT
All the feedback I get is really appreciated.

Re: Paging Jsears8. Quality Laser Craft Brushed Aluminum Trim.
The only aluminum stuff i've see is from MBA.
Here's a link:
http://www.mbaproducts.com/
I have the SS shift **** from them.
I plan on door sills, and (if they ever do them) aluminum air vents for my 02 SS.
Good luck with your search!

I think I speak for most when I say the majority of these kits look like booty. They look like cheap stickers if you ask me. They definitely don't look like they came from the factory, and that would be the look I would try to achieve with something like this.

I agree MOST look like that. This is why i am asking for pics of installed sample. BUT, I sure dont think this looks 'booty' :

However, Quality laser craft used to do these kits and right now they seem to be either out of business, or on a longgggggggggg vacation since they never answer my emails in all emails that were provided on they're website.
I think this is the closest match to jsears top link and this is why im asking for installed pic. Click on where it says "Click Here For Dash Pattern"
http://www.wooddashfactory.com/pages...WF1-POFBTA7FAT
But hey Im always open for all opinions so please tell me what you think at all times by all means.
I think the dash trim offered by www.mbaproducts.com are super 'Booty' the pics are shown under "whats new".
Keep me posted!

They are a rare find, you will need to call QLC and see if they still cut that patteren in brushed aluminum. I get many comliments on the trim, I think it is tastefully done. I do not know of or have seen anyone else with it in a 98+ F-body.

Ill try calling QLC first thing tomorrow (they're closed right now) and see what they say.
Quick question:
Do those things go HOT when parking the car under direct sun light?
Im talking really hot here not just warm. Thanks again. If anyone has other cool pictures PLEASE let me know about them.

I called QLC and spoke to Mike. He said that they sell those to retailers not individuals. I found the retailer in my location and they said that the whole 10 PC kit is priced at $299 installation included .
How much did you pay for yours Jsears8 ? Also do those get HOT during the summer (especially when parking under direct sunlight? my buddy has a cobra with aluminum power buttons and he gets his fingers burnt all summer long lol.
How long did you have those on your car? any problems with them? sorry for all the questions.

I paid around that for mine. Had them on for a year or so and they do not really get that hot. I did not install the pieces that go around the vents, looks a little out of place. If you have any questions please E-mail me.
You can get different types of metals also, at least at the time.
I do not know of anyone else with this kit.

thanks for all the info. I do agree with the AC vents. They do look a little out of place.
I really like the way you dressed up the interior... hmmmm i wonder how it would look like on a beige and black interior...
Do you have any pictures of the trim that goes around the window power swtiches? how do those look like?
