I Like HKE also and they would be my first choice but If I decide to have a short block built Im going to need it done quick and I have heard from a few people it could take a while for hke to get it done.

They are not sponsors, but Houston Engine Balancing does great work, they build a lot of bracket racers motors, conrad racing engines does great work, and so does naiser racing engines. You may try any of those guys to see the turn around time they have. They all build some high hp bracket racing, comp, pro stock, etc. motors. I would put these guys on the same level as HKE, they are just not as known in the LS community, but have been building quality race engines for years.

HKE. Thats all we use. Eric knows his ****.The wait is worth it. If you use a fly by the night shop and it blows up. It will take longer than if you had waited for HKE to build it right.
