Default What Converter is everyone running??

Back when I was actually racing and really into it, TCI & Vig were the good converter companies out there, but I have since heard TCI has lost some quality control. I hear Hughes is good....

any opionions... Looking to do something around a 3200-3500 on a mostly stock car w/ 3.42s and a little bit of giggle gas.

Vig, Yank, Neil Chance, Circle D, FTI, all good companies IMO.

I've ran a yank ss3600 and currently am running some sort of stock size 2800 stall. The yank was just as tight and hit the tires much harder at wot. I'm gonna get a yank or edge eventually.

I run Edge Racing Converters and am very happy, would not hesitate to use Yank or Vig either.

Hey:

Circle D, Yank, and Edge, have used all 3, all awesome, no losers in this bunch. I say contact all 3 and the one that seems the most helpful buy that one.

Yeah, mine was considerably cheap and it was around $550. but price doesn't always define quality. Then again this is for a TH350 (non-lockup) so prices will usually be cheaper depending on what you get. I am extremely satisfied with my converter.
