Default Reinstalling seatbelts

I'm in the process of putting my car back to a street setup from a drag setup. I'm currently installing my rear seatbelts, but I have a few issues:

1. I have a bag of hardware for the seatbelts, and in that bag are 2 thick rubber washers. Does anyone know where these go?

2. When trying to mount the bottom part of the belt to the body, it seems the mounting plate is upside down due to its angle. Does anyone have a picture of their rear seatbelts mounted or anything so I can confirm how it's supposed to mount?

The two washers go on the two bars that the rear seat latch too. And if you show me pictures I can tell you were every single bolt goes on the whole car etc... I am at work if you posted the pictures in the thread I can't see them unless they are attachments.

Is the mounting shown in these pics correct? I took these yesterday and it also shows the washers I was talking about.

Looks right I can't see the washer you are talking about too well I see the quarter next to it, but the focus is off. I'll snap some of mine in the AM for you to compare yours too.
