Just use slydial, it will basically put you directly into that persons voicemail. You can probably figure out who they are if they have a VM greeting..

These sites will only trace land lines they will not and cannot do cell phones. It will just tell you unpublished. Same thing if you call 411 they will just say unavailable because it is a cell. I repoed cars for two years and we used every trick in the book to track people down but there isnt anything out there that we as normal people have access to that will back track a cell. Only land lines. Now if your in with an officer or anything they can look it up, but not us.
