OK this time I had a 210 lbs passenger and it was much closer. He had 1 car when we shut down.

I didn't do the 3rd honk just waited till right after 2 to hit it.. he did too. He can chime in if he thinks I jumped him.. I don't think so. he's right there at the start.

I always say even start makes a HUGE difference. Especially in higher HP cars. You can get a full car on the hit if you hit it faster and have a lot of hp.

You also have DRs now right? Maybe you were spinning before?

Luckily the car does not affect my ego. I give props to cars that can beat me because believe it or not my car is no slouch.

That little colt even after you look under the hood you would never think he traps over 120. I hate it when people can't admit defeat and have tons of excuses.

That's the way I look at it. Know your car is quick and when you get beat just realize it took a fast car to do it. Then you don't feel bad.

They left just a tick apart from even but the race looks clean.

good race, next time try to even things out by having a passenger in each car because 200 lbs makes a difference.....

Definitely makes a difference. I edged out a GTO once that should have been a slight loss for me. The two people in the GTO were much heavier than me and I didn't even have a passenger. They couldn't believe I beat them and were convinced I had nitrous (have it now, but not at the time). Even after I explained the weight thing, I had to meet a few of the guys from the ls1gto.com for them to look over my car before they believed me :lol:

That was a shitty vid, although from what you can see. The race looks good, and whether you jumped or not. It didnt seem to matter, he still got you.

what about a light weight flywheel to save 20 pounds of rotateing mass and quicker revs..How about a light weight battery to save another 20 pounds???? Then new lite pgugs and wires??? Could be a few more ponies their...

I mean the obvious choice so you would never loose to this type of car agin would just be stage 1 head porting...Probally 525 rwhp...

Lol, that car probably has less than 400whp. Bone stock 4G63 bottom ends can handle that kind of power fairly easily.
