congrats on the times.....those are really good for your mods.

We would suggest the following as up coming mods to do
-LT headers SLP,HOOKER,QTP,KOOKS,MACS (midlength) all great choices
-Nitto or similar drag radials
-ASP crank pulley

The car will be a solid 12.50 or better car with traction with the parts listed above.

please call if you would like to talk further or get some prices

I would say Nitto Drs when you heat them up rocks and everything on the ground sticks to them. They improved my launch.

I go with what LS1speed suggested and maybe some tuning on top of it.

Sounds like you have a good relationship with a local shop - stick with them, they won't steer you wrong.

The mods listed above work well even if you upgrade to HC or FI, etc later. I have Pacesetter headers and had Hookers before them. Almost look the same and a few $$$ cheaper than the Hookers. I paid $331 for the Pacesetter LT's on sale, shipped.

Definitely finish your free mods as suggested. Weight reduction should be considered depending on what you are comfortable with. Tires, Tires, Tires, spinning gets you nowhere. I like my FTRA for the money. It's the old design that is 3 years old. Not sure but I think they are redesigned or someone is making a better design. I gained almost a tenth with it for around $100, not bad.
Good luck,
ERIC
