Default Anyone ran 218/226 .595”/.598” 114LSA +4

I have a 4500 lb tube chassis Rock Crawler with a 2002 LS1 TH-350 with a 2500 rpm stall I need to make power from idle to around 6400 rpm. I plan on ordering stock LS6 heads today and a cam. I had Patrick G spec. a cam and he came up with 218/226 .595”/.598” 114LSA +4 advance (with 1.7 ratio rockers)
Has anybody ran this cam? how does it sound and perform?

If pat g specked that cam, get that cam. That guy 100% knows what he is talking about, i bet it will work out great for you. It should have a nice mild little chop.

Vinci High Performance had their 056 cam that is close, 216/224 0.551/0.551 114.5 LSA +5. I ran that cam for a couple of years. Pulled good low, peaked at around 6,000 RPm and idled with a slight chop.

I got 40 rwhp from that little cam.
