Where is the Stamped Serial Number on Patriot LS6 Style Heads
Recently purchased a used engine with Patriot Heads.(already installed in car)
Trying to identify what Patriot heads I have - Was told by Patriot their is a stamped serial number(3 or 4 digit) they put on all heads to identify them. Need help or pictures where this stamp might be?
I believe they are the older LS6 style head because I see two stamps on the driver side heads In the front they say Patriot in small letters and in the rear its says LS6.
Passenger side head says 035.
Any help would be great!

I could see how there should be such a id # on their products.
But I have a set on my car right now and I dont see anything like that on them.
I wouldnt think you should have to look too hard to find something like that either.... kinda seems like something that would be in an easy to see location on either end of the cylinder head.
The word patriot was sure machined into each end of the cylinder head in big enough letters, LOL.
Maybe only certain stages of the heads have unique identifier #s??? just a guess..
Hope this helps.

ok,
if looking at the exhaust side of the cylinder head
on the rail right under where the valve cover gasket would seat (far right corner of the cyl head) i have 2211213 engraved in pretty small numbers.
its in the same location on both heads.
Granted, this dosent coincide with what patriot told you, but aside from those #s there is nothing on the heads except GM casting #s and patriot engraved into the ends of the heads.
Maybe your id #s will be in a similar location.
