Just call them up and order. They are very nice and ship in 2-3 days. I just installed my MGW a few days ago and I absolutely love it

This explains it. I've been looking all over for a better price. I guess I have no choise but to pay full price. I hope it's worth it.

I notice they have an option of 12mm or 16mm (OEM size). Anyone have a preference? Not sure why you'd pick one over the other unless it's **** size (no jokes) or something like that.

Ok since no one chimed in, I called MGW. Yes, the only reason to select the 12mm over the stock 16mm is for **** selection. I was told the OEM size (16mm) is NOT very common for after market *****. You have much more selection available with the 12mm, but you can order the 16mm if you want to use the stock ****. Having a bigger shaft isn't always a better!

You will love the shifter, it comes with everything you need to install. It will certainly fix your bad 2nd/3rd shift.
Price was extremely good when i bought back in Oct 09, so much so it cost less than 1/2 the price we pay here in NZ.
Was also a bonus to be able to have the angle of the gear shaft changed to the position that suited my R/H drive car before it was sent out.
