You'd need to buy a tranny, too.

Out of curiosity, I know the cartuning kit is the best of the bunch. Comes with almost everything you need to install. But, for the tranny, it only comes with the shift kit. Im looking at 5400 just for the cartuning kit, but how much extra is it going to be for other stuff. Suspension, tranny, etc. Im just wondering how much it will be alltogether, to get something that is going to be nice and reliable on w daily basis, but something thats going to be very race worthy. Im just looking at my future with this car, its not something I want to do now, but later on down the road, Im going to want to start getting crazy with it, definitely after I pay it off though.

I'd assume about 10-11k for trans/turbo kit and other things.

If you have a GXP the suspension would be the last thing I would worry about. I'd do a trans. first then think about the turbo. It will cost 2500 - 3000 for a good built trans.
I was thinking about a turbo too...

besides what the others have mentioned above, a turbo would be great for a daily driver.

At only 6psi it’s flippin awesome as a daily driver. I’ve had BB’s with low end a SB with top end even had a little396 that would pull hard 5k thru 8k, but the lil 325 has it everywhere. I am never out of the power, just hit the gas and its there.
The only complaint’s I have are;
#1-I didn’t like the oil drain.
#2-Very small turbo. (doesn’t matter unless you want to run stupid boost)
#3-Down pipe very close to brake booster.
#4-I like to do my own wrenching and when I tie up the family car to do something I feel like I’m playing beat the clock. I have know idea why the wife refuses to drive my truck?
