Question IFR scaling alone yields uneven LTFT's

Just scaling the IFR table by a % allows you to bring your LTFT's close to 0 or slightly negative. But the resulting LTFT's are not consistent compared to the desirable zone of (-1.5 to -0.5). Some LTFT values at different MAP points are too low (-5, -6) while at others it's just perfect (-1). Same if you look at LTFT's at different RPM points.

To get the LTFT's "perfect" throught most conditions at part throttle isn't it necessary to use the IFR to get the fuel *broadly* in line and then use some other table to *tweak* the out-of-line LTFT values back into the "perfect" zone?

What tables would those be?

Default

Main VE table.

Don't ask me how to do it though.
