I built a hole new motor this winter finally got it together and I have 8 lbs of oil pressure I only let it run a few mins...the only thing I can think of is I have the oil pump put together wrong...any ideas?I have another pump that I was gonna swap inside out of...where does the dot on the big gear supposed to point to?

is this a stroker motor?? if so, your o-ring on the pick up tube is pinched or you pick up tube is too close to the bottom of the pan. i just went through this with my 402.
