aftermarket fenders?

aftermarket fenders? first off, my front bumper and driver side fender has been replaced by the previous owner.
as you can see in this pic the top of the fender and the hood are uneven.
here at the bottom it sticks out a little bit.
my question is are all aftermarket fenders like this or does it depend on what kind you buy? or either does it have something to do with who and how they put it on? all in all i'm trying to find an original fender off another car but thinking i may have to settle with getting another aftermarket.

How much are you willing to spend? I know of a couple places that you can get OEM new or used at good prices. But they aren't sponsors and definitely aren't as cheap as a wrecking yard or aftermarket. PM me if you want the links. It might be different in your part of the country, but finding usable front end parts from a yard was basically impossible for me with my LT1 car.
