93 camaro code 42 I'm getting a code 42 after engine install but the car starts....sooooo would this be a bad coil, crossed ground or the ICM thanks for your help up front. Oh yea i tried the search

yea im going to try that today also will a ground not being in the right place cause this, because i put the ground on the engine block instead of on the coil...
