Default Ticking noise on passenger side of motor....

Ok so I have true duels and I was noticing the other day that coming out of my passenger side tail pipe there was an intermitant thumping sound. It would idle fine then thump thump thump thump then idle fine again. And it just keeps doing this. The driver side sounds normal. I popped the hood and there is a ticking sound coming from the center of the head that matches in time with the thumping of the exhaust. Its not all the time it cycles on and off about every fifteen seconds. What is it lifter, spring, rocker......??

I had that exact thing in my motor after my cam install. Took valve covers off and checked to make sure rocker arms were torqued properly and that they were straight on the valve stems, and found one that was at 10ft-lb. Put it at 22, turned motor over and re-checked it, and noise went away.
