2005 Hood Scoop help

2005 Hood Scoop help i own a 2004 gto, and recently purchased a 2005 gto hood. The hood did not come with the scoops though. I was wondering if you have to buy the inner part of the scoop and the outer part? I looked it up on GM Parts and it said there were two parts to the scoop so i am guessing you have to have both? I was also wondering if anyone had a spair pair or knew anywher to get them? I have checked ebay but none are on there. Can someone give me some pointers please?

The inner rubber plugs basically only keep your engine cleaner. You don't need them. I have mine out because I was told that it helps vent engine heat. But honestly, I don't really see a difference as far as heat dissipation goes.
