oil presure and loud ticking???

oil presure and loud ticking??? hi recently after my car warm up my oil presure drops really low and i start to hear a loud ticking noise that sounds like a lifter or something but it dosent do it when the car is cold only when it warms up.....
could it be because i added lucus which is really thick or is my oil pump going out?? also could it be that long rub hose that goes to the the valve cover then to the throttle body i forget what its called but i tore it when i did the cam swap and never replaced it.... some one told me it wasnt important just crankcase ventalation?? plz help
