Heater circuit malfunction is a failed o2, and the knock sensors need to be replaced also (there under the intake its pretty simple) Fair warning you need to get the knock sensor harness from a dealer though 50/50 shot its rusted up.

I'd replace the knock sensor before id talk about replacing the o2s. The knock sensor will cause the engine to run rough somwtimes which can caus
e o2s codes.

your wrong the knock sensor codes (po327 and p0332) wont set a heater code on an oxygen sensor..
id start with replacing both sensors and put some sealer around covers..
next the o2 codes wil lset if you have Lt headers. so those just need to be deleted..they have a heater in them to help the engine enter into closed loop mode....
my question is why go to a Ford dealership

I replace both sensor and wireharness code turned off than a couple of weeks later my 02 sensor got wet (A little splice on the wire) Started acting like a 4cyl for a moment, then it went back to normal, then through up the engine light saying i have a knock when really its faulty 02 sensors.. I reset the battery and it went away but i still need 02s.

Harness covers both knock sensors, they don't affect each other sooner or later everything will have to be changed.

If they couldn't figure something as simple as that out, I officially would not take my vehicle, Ford or not.. to that shop.
