Default Anybody ever had a TCS switch go bad?

Driving home from work today, my ABS INOP and TCS OFF lights popped up out of nowhere. I scanned all the sensors and they're reading fine, no CEL, brake lights work fine.. kinda narrowed it down to the actual switch, (which when removed, the cluster displays the same lights) and it felt very warm.

I stuck it in the fridge for a while, popped it back in, and after driving 10ft the lights went back out. I'm sure it'll overheat again.. think it's the switch or could it be getting overloaded from a deeper problem?

Yeah...I used to have a 2000 WS6 TA and one day we were coming home from the mall, and the traction control wouldn't turn off. I replaced the switch and it was fixed!

Swapped switches with a friend and it's still having the same problem. The lights turn on after 5-10 minutes of driving.
