Default Are these heads for real? I didn't think it was possible!? Sorry if repost.

I'll start by apologizing if this is a repost, but I searched and really didn't find anything.

From a non-sponsor, so I'll just take the meat from the site and post that...
"These L76/L92 heads can be installed on any 1997-2005 LS Family ov V-8 engines (except 4.8L & 5.3L versions)"

If I am reading that correctly, and the info is also correct, does this mean my little bore (3.9) could go for L92 heads?

The brand is listed as GMPP # 12582713. I haven't gotten my hopes up, but I would be pretty damned excited if this ad is for real.

Thanks!

kmracer said it. on the other hand there's a few companies that make 'small bore' L92's, but they (what ive seen) run more than a nice set of AFR's or TFS heads....so i guess if you want to go big your either spending money in your bottom end (for that 4+ bore, maybe just a bored 6.0??? yes...) or spending money on your top end....or both for that matter..

but no, they wont fit, they're intake valve is 2.165 vs. the LS1's 2.0... and in reality its actually the exhaust valve that causes clearance issues....weird!

yeah, that is what I had heard and seen so many times. This is bad advertising by Jegs. Thank god our sponsors know better! Thats why I've never shopped Jegs, just came up on a search on google. Thanks for the quick and unfortunately reaffirming replies!
