Just sold my car and guy is coming to pick it up and th dome lights won't shut off !!!! nEVER happene in the whole yea and a half!!

Last night I carefully pulled out the power and ground for my amp and sub did I mess something up ????

Lol the dome light buttons were pressed on I thought they were off look @ me !!
