Default L-92 motor change in sandrail

I bought a used L-92 from a 2008 Denali, and found rust in a cylinder. I decided to go ahead and stroke the motor to 429 c.i. (7.0 L). Stroker kit is all new Probe Industries and went to a LS-6 cam because of the s-charger that is going on top. Latest prediction of H. P. is 700 to 800. Before I button it I had a thought about the cam chain tensioner. Can I use the one stock one or do I need to get a LS-3 replacement part? thanks for any help.
