Default What's going on here?

I can lift up the left side, but it falls back down. Nothing appears to be broken. My Dad said I have to put some adhesive or something back up the hole where the support is.

you should be able to remove the trim peice. and on the backside there are push clips. make sure they are in good condition and still attached to the trim. most likely one fell out or broke

We already did that. There is nothing wrong with the trim pieces. The end of the hydraulic arm sits inside a metal hole. Whatever is up in there is of concern.

This rattling is driving me crazy. I'm thinking a quick fix would be some kind of rubber grommet or something, or even the insulation for pipes.
