Default spark plug question?

When i change my plugs all the plugs on the driver's side look fine but
all the plugs on the passenger side have black carbon on them. I don't
have a clue so thanks for any reply. I have 108 k on engine.

Is it throwing any codes? I would start by replacing your O2 sensors. In my experience, if one side is rich, an O2 probably went bad.

Go get a scan to see how both side 02 sensor(s) are switching while the engine is running. But its almost certain that side 02 sensor is on its way out. Unless you have a PCM issue.
