Converting to right hand drive
A few months ago, I saw on here that someone has a right hand drive convertable trans am in australia. Since I might be moving back to hong kong which is right hand drive only, I would like to find out how i can convert my trans am to right hand drive so I can bring it back there with me. I will try to find loop holes first so that I wont have to convert.

dont really care about it being JDM. But this is only a big IF. And that IF is if I have to move back there, not sure yet. But IF I do I want to bring the car I built with me. I know there a few 2005+ mustangs and a c4 corvette that is converted to RHD and a 79 trans am that is LHD. So there must be a loop hole some where. But if I do import it, I wont be allowed to do any more engine mods to it due to the laws there forbid engine mods.

I thought owning a car in Hong Kong was outrageously expensive? You must have some righteous bucks. You would sure stand out diving a TA over there.
Did GM ever make a RHD TA? Can't imagine what it would be like to convert a car that never came that way from the factory. Couldn't you just drive it left handed?

I know there is a gold 79-81 TA there. not sure if it is LHD or RHD. I also know that there is a few hummer H1 RHDs and new mustangs RHD. C4 corvette in RHD is another one. I dont really have that much money
but probally enough to have a car there.plus it would be in storage most of the time.
