rain and starter wont turn over hey guys, my friend has been haveing a problem when it rains it seems the starter isnt engaging, or not turning over at all. but if we let it dry out for a day or so its fine. and if it doesnt rain the car starts with no problem at all. its a 2001 z28 with simple bolt ons. could there be some way moisture is makeing no to little spark with the starter? or is there something else that could be affecting this? also the car was never driven in rain, it olnly sat. any ideas would be a big help
