Is it normal to get a lot of backfiring after a nitrous run?

Can you be more specific... You should not have backfires...

What does your set up consist of and is it back firing through the intake or exhaust.

It backfires through the exhaust 75% of the time after making a run on the spray and some are pretty good POPS!

Sounds like unburned fuel lighting off in the headers.

The poping through the exhaust is normally unburned fuel. What is your airfuel ratio on the bottle?

I thought it was probably unburned fuel as well. Not sure what the afr's are on the bottle, its been a while since i was on the dyno. I'd have to find my last dyno sheet and look. I haven't changed anything since then.

You dont have a wideband or a means to log anything?

...no....:emb: I live life on the edge. I haven't had a wideband or anything to long the last 2 1/2 years i've had the nitrous on the car. Although i have been looking into getting a wideband here recently...

Pulled your plugs to look?

I'd make a pull and then kill the car and pull some plugs to see where your at on fueling. The plugs are going to be the best way to find out without a wideband cause the plugs are the all tell.
